Hirshfeld-Moore House
Hirshfeld-Moore House
Constructed in 1885 in downtown Austin, the Hirshfeld-Moore House was restored in 1979–80 for use by the Texas A&M University Development Board, who has remained a client of Volz & Associates since that time. Recently completed work includes restoration of the first floor wrap around porch and roof repairs. The furnishings project won the 1992 American Society of Interior Designers “Design Excellence Award” for Historic Preservation.
